One of the company’s key platforms is NeoEdge, a cutting-edge AIoT edge device collaboration management platform that employs a software-defined hardware approach. NeoEdge empowers users to seamlessly configure on-site operational gateways via cloud services, making it suitable to a wide range of industrial field applications.

This includes different communication protocols, data processing, alarm messages, and integration with various information systems and cloud platforms, all achievable through simple configurations. In an interview with EE Times Asia, Rick Peng, Director of AIoT Business Unit at eCloudvalley, talks more about the company’s services, the biggest challenges facing their customers, and how the company is helping to address those issues.
